GrowSmart provides crypto trading services across multiple exchanges, enabling users to buy or sell crypto assets (collectively, including the Site, the “​Service​”). This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data (defined below) we collect, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“​Personal Data​”) as follows: Personal Data You Provide: We collect Personal Data when you create an account through our website. ● Registration​. When you create an account, we collect your first name, middle name, last name, residence address, social security number, and your email address. We also collect your phone number and password to be used for two-factor verification. We collect your bank account number and routing number to facilitate ACH transfers. We also collect information about your occupation and education level in order to determine your account limit. ● Account Usage​. As you use your account to trade, we collect your account and portfolio details, such as live and historical orders, trades and positions, and balances. We also collect your site and account preferences, including site notification, sounds and confirmation dialogs and leaderboard preferences. We may collect your marketing and other communication preferences and a record of any consents you have given us. ● Identification​. We will ask you to provide a copy of photo ID, a bank statement and photograph or video of your face for identity verification. ● Communications.​ If you contact us directly (e.g., via email, SMS, phone call, in-app messaging), we will collect your name, contact details, the content, date and time of your message and any attachments thereto, and other information you may directly provide to us. We will keep a record of how your communication with us was handled. If you contact us to request an increase in your account limit, we will ask for and collect additional information about your occupation and education level. Personal Data We Collect From Third Parties: ​We may engage a vendor to verify your credit score. We may collect all information that our vendor gathers about you from the check.

Personal Data We Collect Through Our Social Media Pages: We have pages on social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn (“​SocialMediaPages​”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages. Personal Data We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Site: When you visit, use and interact with the Site, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. 5. CHILDREN Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 18. GrowSmart does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. 6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by GrowSmart, including social media services (“​Third Party Sites​”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.

7. SECURITY You use the Service at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Data both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We have access control policies that include multi-factor authentication and real-time access monitoring and alerting. The Personal Data that we store is encrypted in transit (to and from our server), as well as in storage. We use web securities like Web Application Firewall, TLS1.2, Intrusion Preventions System, Web Reputation and VA-PT to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of your Personal Data.

However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure. You will always be able to update your issue and track the status of its resolution online. Once your issue is resolved, you will be able to provide feedback on our resolution and process.
